Service
A maintenance service contract usually refers to a specific configuration or situation, which is supplied by you or to which you have contributed. The Service Module of iFacto Distri+ indicates when the periodic service needs to take place. All other service contracts can be clearly attributed to a particular customer or a particular project. Also the settlement and monitoring of guarantee agreements are provided in the Service Module. In addition, configuration and situation changes are automatically included in the history of the particular situation or configuration, allowing tasks and projects to be documented during the total duration of the contract.
