iFacto deliberately selects consultants and developers with several years of experienced sales people who used to be employed in specific business sectors where iFacto puts his focus on concerning its business solutions. As a consequence our employees are familiar with industry-specific problems. Enthusiasm, knowledge and motivation, is what our employees have in common. We like to present the management team:
Dirk Covens 
Dirk Covens graduated in 1991 with a master in accounting, followed by a postgraduate in transport and expedition. In WK Webster & Co, an English company engaged in the handling of cargo claims, Dirk put his theoretical knowledge into practice. As responsible for the finance department Dirk was very closely involved in the implementation of a new ERP platform for various offices in Europe and Asia. From that moment, the step into the IT world was definitely set. Dirk started as implementation consultant for Navision at Computer Support, a 100% IBM subsidiary. After 1 year, Dirk took up a new challenge and decided to start up a new company: iFacto. As general manager, Dirk focuses on developing the organization and is in the charge of the strategic decision making within iFacto.
Steven Arrazola de Onate
Steven Arrazola de Onate earned a degree in Applied Economics at KU Leuven in 1995. Thanks to the diversity of this education Steven had an extensive knowledge of all kinds of business processes in key sectors. This, combined with his strong interest in IT, made him take the step into the world of ERP-solutions. He started his career as account manager at ASQ. When ASQ was subsequently acquired by Real Software Group, Steven was appointed Director Solution Sales and was the main responsible for the sales of business solutions in Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2005, after more than 10 years of experience, he decided to become Partner of iFacto Business Solutions, where he is Sales & Marketing Manager.
Eric Wauters
Eric Wauters can unscrupulously be called a Microsoft Dynamics NAV expert. The passion for software has always been there for Eric. After studying Applied Informatics, he followed a training program in Finland where he had his first practical experiences. Back in Belgium, Eric Wauters focused on Enterprise Resource Planning, and this based on Microsoft Dynamics. After several years he became a real Microsoft Dynamics specialist and he decided to step into a new adventure: together with Dirk he founded iFacto Business Solutions. Today Eric Wauters is, as Development Manager, responsible for the product strategy and the technical team. Thanks to his passion and knowledge, Eric became an appreciated person in the world of Microsoft Dynamics. He was awarded for Most Valued Professional, a distinction that only 19 specialists worldwide have ever had.
Swen Maes
Gilbert Henderickx
Gilbert Henderickx took his first steps in the ERP world as a product manager at ASQ. After 20 years, he acquired an impressive experience in project management, sales and marketing. He is particularly familiar with logistics processes, inventory management, service management and operational processes such as purchase and sales. With an impressive record of implementations he joined iFacto Business Solutions. As Solution Manager, Gilbert provides a supportive role in conducting feasibility studies, developing functional requirements and designing the project methodology. He is also responsible for coaching the project managers and functional consultants and he takes care of monitoring and coordinating the various projects.
