Job Description
As a Functional Helpdesk Consultant you are in charge of the first line calls of our Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers. Your main job is to answer the functional questions of the customers. For the technical aspect you are supported by a Technical Helpdesk Consultant.
Profile
- You have great experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV as a user or as a consultant
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added value
- You are communicative and you can easily adapt to different corporate cultures
- Je are entrepreneurial
- You are a team player, but you can also work independently
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
