Move+ is a modular solution built based on the powerful and future-oriented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. The new role-based home pages make it possible to grant different roles to your employees so that an individual follow-up becomes possible. The employees can fully personalize their screens so they can work more productively and effectively because the functions they do not need, are hidden. Thanks to the role based security confidential information is protected. You can control who has access to what specific information in advance. Due to the fact that Move+ is developed based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, it is fully integrated with other modules and it offers the following features:

Move+ excels in terms of flexibility. Besides working with various pricing strategies you can also work with promotional rates regional prices, to which both overtime and extra time can be linked. The setting can be generally defined, but changes can also be made for each file separately. This means that any user, that has the necessary permissions, can adjust the prices himself so he can prepare a personal quote. The quotations can be sent digitally to a vendor for approval and once approved, the user can send it by email of by post.
Thanks to the flexibility of Move+ the most variable data can be entered by default and can be adjusted at file level. For example, there can be programmed that the default premium for a common insurance is 0.7% but that the user can customize it for a particular file to 0.5%. Not only prices but also the VAT rate may be adjusted in this manner, both on file level as on that of delivered services.
Besides the move activities also related activities such as furniture storage may be entered easily and clearly in Move+. You can choose to integrate with an existing file or to create a new separate file. Prices for furniture storage can be adapted flexibly and there can be determined if there will be charged per every started month, week or day.
If you want to take on international projects as a national mover, then Move+ makes this very simple because the user will be driven by the system itself. There can be defined different types of moving in advance depending on the country of departure and arrival. These types form a guide for the user, the proposed activities and documents are not obligatory.
Both for national and international projects all moving data can be kept digitally for each file. By using activity lines and clear follow up screens the user can track the status of a file and so he knows what still needs to be done. There were provided remark fields in several places so the user is able to add comments to a file and to make this comments available for everybody.
Move+ is a very user friendly application that allows you, as a mover, to record a large amount of digital data and documentation. The links within the system ensure that all data should be entered only once. The fact that the system suggests to the staff which activities should be executed, reduces the risk of errors and provides an extra hint.
Move+ distinguishes hierarchically between resources and resource groups which allows you to work with an average price on resource-level as well as with a cost price per resource. By working with resource groups, the entire planning and costing can be done the system. A visual ?planning map? provides a clear view of the available resources and materials. Your dispatcher is informed of any absences any time, and so can react quickly.
All documents necessary to execute a move or a project professionally and easily, are provided within the system. Each user can personalize documents and save them per file, which allows a highly productive working method.
