Reports van be displayed as Excel sheets or webpages. Option fields can be changed and you can consult all details by using the drill-donw function. What security is concerned, Jet Reports integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Data access is controlled by Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
4. Analysis:
You also want to find out the cause of the figures and results in the reports. iFacto Business Intelligence+ allows a thorough analysis that digs to the core of the facts. Based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV iFacto has built a number of BI cubes and reports for:

On these cubes, reports and analysis can be made via Reporting Services and Analysis Services (both included in the MS SQL Server licenses). Several standard reports are provided with the delivery of the cubes. The visualization of the reports can be done in Excel.
