Salary Administration
During the entire process, going from the creation of transport orders to the route tracking, activities may be recorded for the administration of hours. Finished activities on a trip in TMS can be linked to hour codes, depending on the type of rewarding to be used.
TMS calculates the wage allowances to be paid over a specified period for all drivers. The salary is calculated for each legal entity in the system periodically (monthly, 4-weekly). All processed transport orders are all reunited in one system. The following data are used:
- Employee Details (eg balances)
- Overtime for current or previous month
- Collective agreements
- CAO overnight fees
- Costs to be offset
- Health Advances, holiday, ...
All changes are periodically processed on the employee card, which also contains necessary information like for example the bank account.
