Steven Arrazola de Onate obtained a degree in Applied Economics at KU Leuven in 1995. Thanks to the diversity of this study Steven had an extensive knowledge of all kinds of business processes in key industries. With his diploma and strong interest in IT, he took the first step into the world of ERP-solutions as an account manager at ASQ. When ASQ was subsequently acquired by Real Software Group, Steven was appointed Director Solution Sales and was the main responsible for the sales of business solutions in Belgium and The Netherlands. In 2005, after more than 10 years of experience, he decided to become Partner of iFacto, where he was Sales & Marketing Manager till 2011. Now Steven is the Managing Partner.
Gilbert Henderickx took his first steps in the ERP world as a product manager at ASQ. After 20 years he acquired exceptional experience in project management, sales and marketing. He is particularly familiar with logistics processes, inventory management, service management and operational processes such as purchase and sales. With an impressive record of implementations he joined iFacto. As Solution Manager, Gilbert provides a supportive role in conducting feasibility studies, developing functional requirements and designing the project methodology. He is also responsible for coaching the project managers and functional consultants and he takes care of monitoring and coordinating the various projects.
Eric Wauters is without a doubt, a Microsoft Dynamics NAV expert. The passion for software was always there. After studying Applied Informatics, he followed a training program in Finland where he had his first practical experiences. Back in Belgium, Eric Wauters focused on Enterprise Resource Planning based on Microsoft Dynamics. He became a real Microsoft Dynamics specialist and he decided to step into a new adventure: he founded iFacto. Today Eric is a Development Manager and responsible for the product strategy and the technical team. Thanks to his passion and knowledge, Eric became an appreciated person in the world of Microsoft Dynamics. He was awarded for Most Valued Professional six times, a distinction that only 19 specialists worldwide receive.
Kristof Cornelis started his career as a Food Technologist in 2001. He became acquainted with business processes as a Process and Project Engineer in small and medium enterprises in the Food industry. After a complementary study in IT he decided to combine these two fields and transferred to ERP. Like no other, Kristof provides an answer to the difficulties in your company. Kristof is now Project Manager and drives the team of Project Leaders and consultants.
