Our implementation process is based on proven methods, while being fine-tuned to match your situation. Our project approach guarantees good preparation and close monitoring of the different project stages, the project plan, the timing and the budget by our project managers.

  • Diagnostisch onderzoek

    Diagnostic investigation

    During the sales process, iFacto starts with a diagnostic study in which we identify the customer's requirements and wishes and then translate them into the standard application in a demo. Based on that data, an initial budget estimate is made.

  • Bedrijfsproces analyse

    Business process analysis

    Then we map out the business processes. The BPA describes the processes, strategic decisions, possible adjustments and will serve as a blueprint for your implementation process.

  • ERP installatie en setup

    Installation and setup

    During the installation and setup phase, the implementation process starts. After a kick-off, the software is installed and your system is set up.

  • ERP detailinrichting

    Detail system set-up

    The foundation laid during the installation and setup phase will be further detailed in a next design  phase. The consultant will now further set up and parameterise the system with the customer. An initial trial conversion takes place. The customer starts the first partial tests and documents the work instructions. This phase concludes with a simulation, with all key users going through the processes.

  • Deployment fase testing voor go-live

    Deployment phase

    The deployment phase involves training, user acceptance tests and final conversion. The project team releases the project before the Go Live milestone is reached.

  • Operationele fase

    Operational phase

    During start-up, you can call on our consultants if necessary. Afterwards, the support team will support you further.
