Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help bring the story of our group to life and support the twelve companies that make up Oxygen Group.

The role

In this role, you’ll be part of the central Oxygen Group team, working closely with the different companies across the group. Your mission is to translate our vision into strong, visible marketing initiatives and help reinforce our position within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

Who we’re looking for

• You have a background in marketing and communication, or a strong interest in building it further
• You communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and English
• You’re comfortable taking ownership and enjoy a role that blends strategy with execution
• You like working with multiple stakeholders and are able to manage several initiatives at once

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and execute marketing and content initiatives in collaboration with external agencies
• Create, manage and optimize content for websites, social channels, email campaigns and presentations
• Help plan and support events such as customer gatherings, group-wide initiatives and recruitment events
• Work closely with colleagues from HR, sales and leadership to support their marketing objectives
