Bopro switched its accounting to Microsoft
Dynamics NAV. That platform offered the opportunity to optimize and automate the flow of incoming and outgoing invoices with PPM.net, the document management solution of IT partner Ex Arte. The project is a first stage in the pursuit of Bopro to the digitization of the entire document flow.

Bopro is an integrated real estate service provider. The company has offices in Ghent and Mechelen and has forty employees, mainly engineers and architects.
Bopro was looking for a solution for monitoring purchase and sales invoices, in order to have more information and also inform customers and suppliers better.
Bopro chose PPM.net, the document management solution Ex Arte. This solution is seamlessly integrated with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which was successfully implemented by IT partner iFacto.
