Electrical wholesaler Piscaer from Mechelen was stuck with his old IT infrastructure. Renewal was delayed due to high development costs, while at the counter a lot of time was lost.  

In 2008 they made the switch to Microsoft Dynamics NAv. The implementation as business application saves the staff several hours per week, allowing them to serve the customers as flexible possible. Not unimportant, since friendly service is the strength of Piscaer.
