D&M Deco from Aartselaar distributes its own collections in glass and pottery as a wholesaler of decorative items. The company experienced strong growth and opened an office in Hong Kong. The old DOS-based business system, which had been developed by one person, had to be replaced by a future-oriented platform that could offer full integration of the financial and logistical processes.
Besides the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with iFacto Distri+ and an integrated webshop, a mobile application was set up that allows D&M Deco employees to enter orders at trade fairs. In this way, they can fully focus on centralisation and efficiency for optimal logistics and administrative operations.
