Webinar | Peppol and e-invoicing for Business Central

Peppol and e-invoicing for Business Central

In the fight against invoice fraud, e-invoicing will become mandatory from Jan. 1, 2026, between all Belgian companies.

Electronic invoicing are invoices sent via the Peppol network. Unlike PDF invoices, these are fully digital files prepared according to the UBL-standard, an international standard for business documents.

Since the Peppol network, is a secure and closed network, it consists of approved Access Points between which digital files, such as invoices, can be sent securely. To connect to such an Access Point, you must be connected to an approved Peppol service provider.

iFacto and Business Central

Microsoft has provided an e-documents framework for sending and receiving e-invoices. Service providers can be plugged into this framework.
iFacto has selected a number of preferred partners to work with. This collaboration provides that the connection to these partners will be provided in Distri+. This means that all customers already using a Distri offering will receive these extra connectors for free.

During this webinar we will explain in detail how the framework works, explain the possibilities and limitations, and indicate what is still expected from the customer himself. In addition, we will introduce our preferred Peppol partners, which we integrate into this framework by default.
