Your mission: from hands-on experience to consulting
You won’t start with us as a “fully-fledged consultant,” but you’ll grow into the role. After an intensive training program, you’ll become the bridge between the client’s business and our technology:
- Understanding Processes
You’ll talk with clients about their challenges in inventory and stock management, logistics, pricing, and sales. Thanks to your industry experience, you’ll quickly understand where the needs are. - Translating into software
You’ll help determine how Business Central and our Distri+ Construction solution can optimize their daily operations. - Implementing & supporting
You’ll configure processes, support key users, and guide clients toward a successful go-live. - Building expertise
You’ll delve deeply into Business Central. You don’t need to be a developer, but you’re curious enough to understand how systems work.
Who are the “building blocks” of our new talent?
We’re not looking for a traditional IT consultant, but rather the right mix of industry expertise and a thirst for learning:
- Experience
You have a solid foundation in a construction wholesaler or building materials company (e.g., in a commercial, logistics, or operational role). - ERP-experience
You work with an ERP system (Business Central, NAV, SAP, or an industry-specific system) on a daily basis, and you’re the type of person who always wants to know “exactly how the system works.”. - Analytical skills
You can break down a process and explain it clearly and systematically to colleagues and customers. - Growth mindset
You’re ready for the next step in your career and want to invest in an intensive learning program leading to a career in consulting. Technical programming knowledge isn’t required, but a passion for digital transformation is!
