On October 23, 2024, together with the other companies within Oxygen Group, we organized a joint client day for the first time: Customer Connect 2024. And what a success it was! More than 200 clients and guests gathered for an afternoon full of inspiration, insights and future-oriented technology.
With this first edition of Customer Connect, we wanted to show our clients what we stand for today: a strong, reliable partner for Microsoft Business Applications, with a clear view of the future.
A look at the future of AI and enterprise applications
The afternoon was opened by Marijke Schroos, General Manager at Microsoft, with an engaging keynote on the impact of artificial intelligence on the business world. A topic that resonates with our customers, and rightly so. AI is about to thoroughly transform business processes and we guide our clients in this step by step.
In addition, attendees were able to follow live demos of new possibilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, discover real-life stories from other customers and gain insights into how, as an organization, you really get added value from digital solutions..
One group, one vision
What made this edition extra special was that we organized this event for the first time together with all companies from Oxygen Group: iFacto Business Solutions, Qubix, iFacto Business Solutions Nederland, Infront, Astena, iFacto Industry Solutions and Oxygen Group itself. Our shared vision of innovation, client focus and in-depth expertise in Microsoft Business Applications took center stage, and this was clearly appreciated by the attendees.
